You can use placepad floor plans whenever and for whatever you like. We've purposely not designed it for any single purpose, just a way to create floor plans very easily. So, use it any time you want a floor plan. There are several things we think it could be used for. An online real estate listing is the most obvious use and the scenario that got the ball rolling for placepad. Most online listings lack the most important thing about a house; it's layout and how the rooms flow together. In some cases someone might decide to go look at a home simply because a floor plan gave them the layout of a house that they thought they might love despite some less than stellar pictures or commentary. A vacation rental is another great use for a placepad floor plan. In most cases a renter doesn't get to see a rental before committing to it, so a placepad floor plan could give them the info they need to choose one place over another. Or maybe just use it to create an online open house for your new home that out of town relatives can check out.
